Key Responsibilities
* Develop responsive and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
* Build scalable backend services and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
* Design, develop, and optimize databases using MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
* Develop and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications.
* Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code using JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
* Implement secure authentication and authorization using JWT, OAuth, and role-based access control.
* Optimize application performance, scalability, SEO, and security.
* Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and project managers throughout the development lifecycle.
* Participate in code reviews and follow coding standards and best practices.
* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production and development issues.
* Work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.
Required Skills
* 3–5 years of hands-on experience in MERN Stack development.
* Strong expertise in React.js and Next.js.
* Solid knowledge of Node.js and Express.js.
* Experience with MongoDB, MySQL, and PostgreSQL.
* Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.
* Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
* Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and responsive web development.
* Hands-on experience with Git, GitHub, or GitLab.
* Experience implementing JWT and OAuth authentication.
* Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
* Experience with Docker and containerization.
* Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines.
* Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
* Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, Cypress, or Playwright.
* Understanding of Next.js performance optimization and SEO best practices.
* Experience with Redis, WebSockets, or Microservices is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per month
