Global Delivery Services Centre (GDSC) is a high-impact business unit within Mott MacDonald, dedicated to enhancing project delivery across our global operations.

As part of GDSC in India, you will be working alongside Mott MacDonald international colleagues delivering ambitious projects across a broad range of building types including commercial, residential, retail and offices, education, healthcare, airports, data center, hotels, sports and events venues, Theme parks, Airport and Metro stations. Under this sector, our services span the whole asset cycle from advisory to consulting, through design and delivery, to asset management. With deep understanding of all phases of the building lifecycle, it enables us to give our clients the best-informed engineering and innovative solutions.
We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer PHE to manage projects for global markets.
Key Deliverables:
Be in charge for planning and design of all building services elements of the PHE (water, drainage/(Sanitary& Rain/Storm water) and coordination with other Mechanical & Electrical services (M&E) ,Structure and Architecture.
Design Calculation knowledge based on relevant BS Stds & Codes, CIBSE Guide G, IOP ,IPC ,UPC Knowledge on Middle East stds & local regulations like DM/ADM & DEWA is added advantage.
Have experience in Residential, Commercial,high rise buildings,shopping malls, hotels, hospitals,Sports buildings, Gym ,Recreational Club, Theme parks, Airport ,Metro projects,Defence buildings etc.,
Familiarity with local authority codes and regulations such as of local Municipality, water authority, drainage and sewerage department, environmental authority etc., of countries in which the candidate has job experience. UK/British region (mostly preferred), If candidate has Middle East & other ANZ (Australia & Newzealand) regions exp. as well, also shall be an added advantage and not mandatory.
Should be capable of handling PH Services -Water, Sanitary & Storm water drainage design independently which includes preparation of design calculations ,preparing Engg design mark-ups & execute the project work down the line
