Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with office sales person, buyers and customers regarding orders and product requirements.
- Follow up with production, planning, and quality departments to ensure timely order execution.
- Prepare and maintain order sheets, purchase orders.
- Track order progress from sampling to final shipment.
- Coordinate with fabric, accessories, and sourcing teams to ensure material availability.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.
- Maintain regular communication with internal departments and clients.
- Prepare reports related to order status, production, and deliveries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Textile/Fashion/Business preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience as a Merchandiser in the garment or sportswear industry.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple orders.
