Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an engineering discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Electrical, or related fields
Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)
Experience
Minimum 7–10 years of professional experience in SAP implementation and consulting, with at least 5+ years focused on SAP MM module.
3+ years in a Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Senior Consultant role managing enterprise-level implementations.
- Proven track record of leading end-to-end SAP MM implementations across multiple industries (automotive, manufacturing, retail, pharma, or FMCG preferred).
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA MM configuration, including Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Inventory Management, Procurement, and Demand Planning processes.
Technical Knowledge
- Deep expertise in SAP MM module functionality: Purchasing, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Vendor Management, and Procurement workflows.
- Strong understanding of SAP module integration: SAP SD (Sales & Distribution), SAP PP (Production Planning), SAP FI/CO (Finance), SAP QM (Quality Management).
- Experience with SAP Fiori applications, Odata services, and user interface customizations.
- Knowledge of data migration tools: SAP Data Services, BW/4HANA, or third-party ETL tools.
- Understanding of ABAP basics (user exits, BADIs, enhancements) and experience collaborating with development teams.
- Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA architecture, security, and cloud deployment options (SAP Cloud, Private Cloud).
Certifications
- SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Materials Management (SAP MM) (highly preferred).
- SAP Certified Solution Architect – SAP S/4HANA (preferred).
- Additional SAP certifications in related modules (SD, PP, FI/CO) considered advantageous.
