Role Overview
The HR Lead will be responsible for managing the overall Human Resources function at company and shaping a high-performance, values-driven, and entrepreneurial culture.
This role requires a strong HR generalist with hands-on expertise across Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Learning & Organization Development, Employee Engagement, and Leadership Coaching. The incumbent will work closely with the founders and leadership team to build scalable people practices aligned to business growth.
The ideal candidate should combine strategic thinking with execution excellence and be passionate about creating an enthusiastic and inspiring workplace for a young workforce.
Key Responsibilities
1. Culture Building & Employee Engagement
Build and nurture a strong, vibrant, and high-energy organizational culture.
Design innovative initiatives suited for a young and dynamic workforce.
Drive programs that enhance collaboration, ownership, innovation, and employee experience.
Establish cultural rituals, recognition platforms, and internal communication practices that strengthen organizational identity.
2. HR Strategy & Business Partnership
Act as a strategic HR partner to founders and functional leaders.
Align HR initiatives with business priorities and growth plans.
Build credibility with business leaders by positioning HR as an enabling and value-adding function.
Support organization design, manpower planning, and capability building.
3. Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end hiring across functions and levels.
Build strong hiring processes to attract high-quality talent suited for a fast-growing startup environment.
Strengthen employer branding and candidate experience.
4. HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure smooth implementation and governance of all HR policies and processes.
Manage performance management, employee lifecycle processes, attendance, leave, compensation inputs, and HR systems.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and statutory requirements.
5. Learning, Leadership Development & Coaching
Design and implement leadership development interventions.
Coach and support the leadership team on people management and organizational effectiveness.
Build learning and development initiatives to enhance capability and future readiness.
6. Organizational Development
Drive initiatives around performance culture, values alignment, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness.
Create scalable HR frameworks and systems to support rapid business growth.
Desired Candidate Profile
Experience
8–15 years of progressive HR experience.
Strong exposure as an HR Generalist.
Experience in Recruitment, Learning & Organization Development, Employee Engagement, and Culture Building is essential.
Prior experience in startups, manufacturing, automotive, EV, engineering, or high-growth environments will be preferred.
Education
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources from a reputed institution.
