Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement governance frameworks, SOPs, and compliance protocols to ensure smooth program execution.

Monitor and evaluate state-level program performance, identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions.

Coordinate training schedules, workshops, and refresher programs across states.

Serve as the primary liaison for policy alignment, supporting state nodal officers.

Ensure district-level delivery against timelines and KPIs.

Manage compliance, documentation, and operational workflows.

Lead review meetings and stakeholder coordination.
Qualifications:

Master's degree in Education/Public Policy/Management or related field.

5+ years of relevant experience in program management, governance, or government-facing roles in the education sector.

Strong experience in designing SOPs, compliance frameworks, and monitoring systems.

Experience working with state/district government officials and nodal bodies.

Proven ability to manage multi-state operations and cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and Google Suite.
