About the role
As a Junior Graphic Designer, you'll work alongside experienced designers who are genuinely invested in helping you grow. You'll get hands-on with real projects from day one — creating visuals for social media, marketing materials, and internal content — while building the skills and confidence to take on bigger challenges over time.
What you'll do
Create graphics for social media posts, email newsletters, and presentations
Assist senior designers on branding and campaign projects
Resize and adapt existing designs for different formats and platforms
Help maintain organized design files and asset libraries
Learn and apply brand guidelines to all visual output
Participate in team creative reviews and give/receive feedback
What we're looking for
1 year of experience at least
Basic familiarity with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva (we'll help you level up)
A portfolio or student work that shows your creative eye — personal projects count!
Enthusiasm for design and a genuine desire to improve
Willingness to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
Good communication and a team-first attitude
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
