Job Title: Floor Quality Controller (FQC)
Department: Service
Reporting To: Service Manager
Job Purpose
To ensure all vehicles serviced in the workshop meet Mahindra's quality standards by conducting quality inspections during and after repairs, minimizing rework and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Inspect vehicles during different stages of service and repair.
- Verify that all repairs are carried out according to Mahindra service standards.
- Check the quality of mechanical, electrical and general repair work before vehicle delivery.
- Ensure all jobs mentioned in the job card are completed correctly.
- Identify defects or incomplete work and coordinate with Technicians for rectification.
- Conduct road tests (if authorized) to verify repair quality.
- Ensure proper fitment of parts and accessories after repairs.
- Maintain quality inspection checklists and records.
- Report recurring technical or quality issues to the Workshop Manager.
- Ensure vehicles are clean and ready for Final Quality Check (FQC) and customer delivery.
- Follow Mahindra quality standards, SOPs and safety procedures.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
