Experience :
- – Experienced individuals for our Finance Executive role to assist in the finance & legal aspects for its various Projects located in Gujarat.
- – Must have significant experience & knowledge of Real Estate industry.
- – Must have excellent oral & written communication skills.
- – Strong analytical, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- – Knowledge in Computer & Microsoft Office suite skills.
- – Responsible for handling day to day activity of finance department.
- – Provide finance facility to the client for property loan.
- – Offer / Assist the client for selecting the better options of property loan and process their documents & complete the other formalities related to property loan.
- – Solving bank queries & deal with bank and other financial institution(s) for any work related to finance / legal aspect for property loan.
- – Responsible for preparing project finance documents and provide the quarterly progress report & other related documents.
- – Responsible for preparing RERA Documents and provide the quarterly progress report & other related documents.
- – Candidates from Real Estate Industry is Preferred.
