Job Title: Client Support Executive Job
Summary: We are looking for a Client Support Executive to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. The role involves building strong client relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery, resolving client concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities: -
Manage and maintain relationships with existing clients. -
Act as the main point of contact for client queries, requests, and escalations. -
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Support client onboarding and account setup processes.
Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to ensure service quality.
Prepare and share reports, updates, and service-related documentation.
Identify opportunities for account growth, renewals, and additional services.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and activities in CRM systems.
Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. Required
Skills & Qualifications: -
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in client servicing, account management, client relations, or a similar role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
