Job Description :-
- Develop detailed 3D BIM models for mechanical services (HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing and piping) in Revit MEP up to at least LOD 300/350, in line with project BIM standards and BEP.
- Prepare coordinated shop drawings, sections, layouts, sleeve/opening drawings, and detailed installation drawings for basements, shafts, plant rooms, and typical floors.
- Perform BIM coordination and clash detection with architectural, structural, and electrical models using Navisworks (or similar), and propose practical resolutions aligned with site constraints.
- Incorporate consultant design drawings, specifications, and mark-ups into the BIM model, ensuring consistency, constructability, and adherence to EPC project requirements.
- Support planning and sequencing of services (e.g., riser planning, shaft utilization, equipment clearances) to minimize rework, improve installation quality, and control material wastage.
- Collaborate closely with internal design leads, project managers, and site teams, participating in coordination meetings and updating models/drawings as per RFI responses and change requests.
- Maintain organized BIM documentation, model versions, and drawing registers, supporting quality checks, audits, and compliance with company and client BIM protocols.
Must Have
Essential requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Mechanical BIM Modeler for building projects (HVAC, fire-fighting, plumbing and piping) in an EPC/MEP contracting or design environment
- Strong proficiency in Revit MEP for mechanical services, including creation and modification of families, systems, and detailed 3D modeling up to at least LOD 300/350
- Proven experience in preparing coordinated BIM models and shop drawings, including sections, layouts, sleeve/opening drawings and detailed installation drawings for mechanical services
- Good understanding of mechanical building services layouts and basics of HVAC, fire-fighting and plumbing systems (duct routing, pipe sizing concepts, equipment clearances, shaft planning)
- Experience in BIM coordination and clash detection workflows with other disciplines (architecture, structure, electrical) using Navisworks or similar tools
- Ability to read and interpret consultant design drawings, BIM execution plans (BEP), and project BIM standards and implement them consistently in models
- Willingness to work from Noida office on a full-time basis and coordinate with multi-location project teams as per project schedules
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
