You'll build AI solutions that make our teams faster, smarter, and more effective.
What you'll actually be doing:
— Build and ship AI applications end-to-end, from problem definition to production deployment
— Build LLM-powered products like RAG systems, AI agents, and intelligent automation over multilingual datasets
— Turn models into production-grade services - versioned APIs, containers, and scalable inference pipelines
— Improve systems continuously through evaluation suites, testing, monitoring, fine-tuning, and retraining
— Track frontier models and separate the useful from the hyped - practical solutions, not just demos
You won’t just train models. You’ll ship products people actually use.
What we need from you:— 6+ years of hands-on AI/ML or data science experience - models shipped to production, not just prototyped— Strong Python, plus deep-learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow) and the Hugging Face ecosystem— Real experience with LLMs and generative AI like prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, or agentic workflows— Experience deploying models as services - REST APIs (FastAPI), Docker, and AWS, GCP, or Azure— Working knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps - CI/CD for models, experiment tracking, monitoring, and evaluation— Strong data fundamentals (SQL, pipelines) and the judgment to turn vague needs into shippable AI solutions
Bonus points if you:— Have shipped AI products with real users and can point to usage, feedback, or measurable impact— Have worked with vector databases (pgvector, FAISS, Pinecone, or similar) and embedding pipelines— Have experience with Indic-language NLP, speech-to-text, or multilingual models— Have used managed ML platforms (SageMaker, Vertex AI, Azure ML) or tools like Airflow and Kubernetes— Contribute to open-source AI projects or maintain a GitHub profile worth reading
