Overview
Matebiz is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Online Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating business through online bidding portals, handling client communication, writing proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate business through online portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, PeoplePerHour, and similar platforms.
- Identify new business opportunities and acquire projects related to Web Development, Web Design, SEO, Digital Marketing, Mobile App Development, and related services.
- Prepare and submit high-quality business proposals to prospective clients.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with potential clients and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with technical teams to understand project scope and prepare accurate proposals.
- Generate leads through various online channels and convert them into business opportunities.
- Maintain records of bids, leads, and project status.
Required Experience
- 1 to 3 years of experience in online bidding and business development.
- Experience working on portals such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and similar platforms.
Skills Required
- Good knowledge of online bidding platforms and lead generation techniques.
- Basic understanding of Web Development, Web Designing, SEO, and Digital Marketing services.
- Ability to write professional business proposals and project quotations.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle client interactions professionally.
- Good understanding of project requirements and business development processes.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA (Marketing/IT) will be an added advantage.
