Role Overview
We are seeking a results-oriented Executive – Lead Generation (AI) to design, execute, and optimize AI-powered prospecting and outreach campaigns. The role requires hands-on expertise in AI tools, automation workflows, CRM systems, and data intelligence platforms to generate high-quality B2B leads and drive measurable pipeline growth.
This position demands analytical thinking, process orientation, and strong commercial awareness.
Key Responsibilities
1. AI-Based Prospecting & Data Intelligence
- Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP).
- Use AI-driven platforms to identify target companies and decision-makers.
- Extract, validate, and enrich contact data.
- Build segmented prospect lists by industry, geography, and buyer persona.
2. Outreach Automation & Personalization
- Develop AI-assisted cold email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
- Create personalized messaging sequences with A/B testing.
- Automate follow-ups and response tracking.
- Ensure compliance with relevant data privacy regulations.
3. Lead Qualification & Scoring
- Implement AI-based lead scoring models.
- Qualify leads based on fit, engagement, and intent signals.
- Coordinate with sales teams for handover of SQLs (Sales Qualified Leads).
4. CRM & Workflow Integration
- Manage CRM systems (lead entry, tagging, tracking).
- Maintain dashboards and performance reports.
- Optimize lead funnel conversion metrics.
5. Performance Monitoring
- Track KPIs:
- Cost per lead
- Email open & reply rates
- Appointment conversion rate
- SQL generation
- Continuously optimize campaigns based on data insights.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Experience with B2B lead generation.
- Proficiency in AI-based prospecting and outreach tools.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms.
- Strong understanding of sales funnel mechanics.
- Data analysis and reporting capability.
- Excellent written communication skills for cold outreach.
