1. QMS Management
- Maintain and improve the QMS as per IATF 16949 requirements.
- Ensure all procedures, work instructions, formats, and records are controlled and updated.
- Monitor compliance with documented processes throughout the organization.
- Coordinate revisions of quality system documents.
2. Internal Audits
- Develop annual internal audit plans.
- Conduct system, process, layered process, and product audits.
- Track audit findings and ensure timely closure.
- Verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
3. External Audits
- Coordinate certification audits, surveillance audits, and customer audits.
- Act as management representative during audits.
- Ensure closure of audit non-conformities within agreed timelines.
4. Customer-Specific Requirements (CSR)
- Review and deploy customer-specific requirements.
- Ensure implementation across departments.
- Monitor compliance with OEM requirements.
5. Management Review
- Prepare Management Review Meeting (MRM) data.
- Track quality objectives and KPIs.
- Present trends and improvement opportunities to management.
6. Corrective and Preventive Actions
- Lead root cause analysis using:
- 8D
- 5 Why
- Fishbone Diagram
- PDCA
- Verify effectiveness of corrective actions.
- Maintain CAPA records.
7. Core Tools Compliance
Support implementation and maintenance of:
- APQP
- PPAP
- FMEA (DFMEA/PFMEA)
- Control Plan
- SPC
- MSA
8. Risk Management
- Facilitate risk and opportunity assessments.
- Monitor actions related to organizational risks.
- Ensure contingency planning requirements are maintained.
9. Training & Awareness
- Conduct QMS awareness programs.
- Train employees on IATF requirements and quality procedures.
- Maintain training records and competency matrices.
10. Continuous Improvement
- Drive Kaizen and quality improvement projects.
- Analyze quality KPIs and identify improvement opportunities.
- Reduce audit findings, customer complaints, and COPQ.
Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
