HIRING | IT SALES ASSOCIATE
We are looking for an organized and confident IT Sales Associate to join our Sales Team and support Sales Managers in driving B2B sales for IT Services, CRM solutions, AI Services and digital solutions.
Location: Gurugram
Work Mode: 5 Days | Work from Office
Openings : 6
Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year
Shift: 2 PM – 11 PM
CTC: Up to ₹6 LPA (based on interview performance)
Qualification: Any Graduate | BBA/B.Com preferred
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Sales Managers with day-to-day sales activities and client coordination
- Conduct market research and identify potential B2B clients
- Maintain and manage lead/customer data
- Assist with client calls, demos and follow-ups
- Research customer requirements and support solution discussions
- Prepare sales reports, presentations and documentation
- Coordinate with internal teams throughout the sales process
- Stay updated on AI, SaaS, CRM and emerging technology trends
KEY REQUIREMENTS:
- 6 months–1 year experience in Market Research, Data Handling, Sales or IT/Technical Sales
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Interest in B2B Technology Sales and IT Services
- Hands-on expertise in MS Excel and data research
- Knowledge of Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Familiarity with CRM tools, Salesforce CRM, SaaS and collaboration platforms
- Confident in communicating with B2B clients
- Strong research, presentation and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced sales environment
- Comfortable working in the 2 PM–11 PM shift
