Marketing & Sales Executive – Senxco Security Services
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote and expand the client base of Senxco Security Services. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, conducting sales presentations, and achieving business growth targets in the security services sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential clients including corporate offices, residential complexes, factories, warehouses, hospitals, schools, retail outlets, and commercial establishments.
Generate new business opportunities through field visits, networking, referrals, cold calling, email marketing, and social media outreach.
Present and explain Senxco Security Services' offerings, including security guards, bouncers, event security, CCTV surveillance solutions, and facility security management.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and service agreements for prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify competitors, industry trends, and customer requirements.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery after client onboarding.
Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, proposals, and sales activities.
Represent the company at business meetings, exhibitions, and networking events.
Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Knowledge of sales and marketing techniques.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
1–3 years of experience in sales, marketing, security services, facility management, manpower services, or B2B sales.

Preferred Candidate Profile:
Own two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
Pay: ₹9,847.60 - ₹11,000.00 per month
