Colors Queen is hiring an experienced Sr./Social Media Executive who is passionate about beauty, trends, and content creation. This role will own and grow the brand’s presence across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, create engaging beauty-first content, and build a strong, loyal online community.
This role requires hands-on execution, trend awareness, and deep understanding of the beauty and personal care category.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
- Create and manage daily content including posts, reels, stories, shorts, and captions
- Stay updated on beauty trends, viral formats, trending audio, and creator content
- Manage community engagement: comments, DMs, reviews, and brand mentions
- Coordinate with influencers, creators, and makeup artists for collaborations
- Monitor platform performance including reach, engagement, growth, and saves
- Support paid social campaigns and promotional activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience as in beauty, cosmetics, or BPC brands
- Strong understanding of Instagram marketing, reels, and short-form video
- Hands-on experience with content planning, calendars, and publishing
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools
- Experience working with influencers and content creators
- Strong communication and copywriting skills
