Hiring for Provisioning Specialist / Provisioning Expert
Overview
We
are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Provisioning Specialist to join
our operations team. The role is responsible for managing end-to-end
provisioning activities including order placement, order task management,
activation follow-ups, relocation handling, and communication service setup.
The
ideal candidate should have strong coordination skills, excellent attention to
detail, and the ability to work efficiently across multiple systems and teams
to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Key
Responsibilities
·
Place
customer orders accurately across internal and carrier systems.
·
Create,
manage, and monitor order-related tasks to ensure timely completion.
·
Follow
up on pending activations with carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
·
Handle
relocation and transfer procedures for existing customers.
·
Coordinate
setup and provisioning of communication services including internet, phone,
VoIP, and related services.
·
Track
provisioning progress and maintain accurate order records and updates.
·
Troubleshoot
provisioning-related issues and escalate where required.
·
Liaise
with Sales, Support, Billing, and Technical teams to ensure smooth order
delivery.
·
Ensure
all provisioning activities meet company processes, timelines, and quality
standards.
·
Provide
timely updates to customers and internal teams regarding order status and
activations.
·
Maintain
strong follow-up discipline to reduce delays and improve customer experience.
Required Skills
& Experience
·
Previous
experience in provisioning, service delivery, telecommunications operations, or
ISP industry preferred.
·
Experience
handling order management systems and CRM platforms.
·
Strong
understanding of activations, relocations, and communication service provisioning
processes.
·
Excellent
communication and coordination skills.
·
Strong
attention to detail and task management capability.
·
Ability
to manage multiple orders and priorities simultaneously.
·
Problem-solving
mindset with strong ownership and accountability.
·
Comfortable
working in a fast-paced operational environment.
Preferred
Qualifications
·
Experience
in ISP, Telecom, NBN, VoIP, or broadband provisioning.
·
Knowledge
of carrier portals and activation workflows.
·
Familiarity
with ticketing and task management systems.
