About the Program:
Are you a fresher looking to build a stable career in Corporate HR? We are hiring full-time candidate for our structured Career Progression Program. We do not require prior experience; we provide complete operational training from scratch. Your progression depends entirely on your performance at each stage.
4-Stage Career Progression Pathway:
- Stage 1: HR Intern (Minimum 3 Months): Focus on recruitment basics, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews. Stipend: ₹3,000/month.
- Stage 2: HR Trainee (Minimum 3 Months): Independent handling of preliminary interviews, onboarding paperwork, and HR database operations. Salary: Increased above ₹3,000 based on Stage 1 success.
- Stage 3: Probation Period (Minimum 3 Months): Management of employee engagement initiatives, attendance tracking, and general office administration. Salary: Further increment based on Trainee phase performance.
- Stage 4: Permanent On-Roll Employee (Month 10+): Full absorption into the company with a permanent contract, upgraded salary package, and corporate benefits.
- (Note: Each stage is a minimum of 3 months. If performance targets are not met, the current stage will be extended before promotion).
Requirements:
- Graduation: Any graduate degree is mandatory.
- Languages: Good English communication paired with strong regional language fluency.
- Skills: Basic computer knowledge, good listening skills, and a confident personality.
