The Role
We are seeking an elite Video Editor & Graphic Designer to own short-form video and static design across a portfolio of clients. You must be equally strong on both sides: flawless, viral-potential Reels editing AND polished graphic design (thumbnails, carousels, static posts, brand assets). You will switch between multiple client brand identities daily, so versatility, organization, and speed are essential.
Core Responsibilities
- Reel Production: Conceptualize, edit, and deliver high-retention Reels, Shorts, and TikToks for multiple clients, optimized for the US market.
- Graphic Design: Create static posts, carousels, thumbnails, and brand graphics in Adobe Photoshop and Canva, matching each client's brand guidelines exactly.
- Multi-Client Management: Juggle several client content calendars simultaneously without missing deadlines or mixing up brand standards.
- Rapid Iteration: Participate in review sessions and execute fast revisions based on direct feedback.
- Asset Management: Maintain meticulous cloud-storage organization of raw files and finished creatives per client.
- Trend Forecasting: Stay on top of platform trends and algorithm shifts, proactively pitching concepts for each client.
Qualifications
- Mandatory Working Hours: Online and available Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Pacific Time (overnight shift for candidates applying from India). This schedule is strictly enforced and non-negotiable.
- Technical Mastery: Advanced Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro; CapCut (including CapCut Pro); advanced Adobe Photoshop and Canva.
- Exceptional Portfolio: Reels/Shorts with proven engagement AND high-quality graphic design work — both are required.
- Proven US Market Success: A track record producing content for US-based brands, influencers, or coaching businesses.
- Perfectionist Attention to Detail: An uncompromising eye for visual composition, pacing, audio-syncing, typography, and color theory.
- Exclusive Dedication: You must be looking for a full-time, dedicated home. We do not hire freelancers balancing their own client work.
- Remote Professionalism: Seamless mastery of Slack, Zoom, and Google Workspace; excellent, highly responsive written and verbal English communication.
