We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our creative team. This role is ideal for recent graduates or those with 1 years’ experience, passionate about design, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to real-world architectural projects from day one. We ideally require someone who loves sketching, doodling and with an artistic flair
Responsibilities:
- Assist in preparing architectural drawings, presentations, and 3D models using software like AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp. Strong design skills, ideally using 3DS Max or similar and up to date rendering software such as Corona, V-Ray
- Support design development and concept planning
- Work on AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop for daily tasks
- Prepare working drawings and technical detailing under guidance
- Working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, contractors, and interior designers.
- Participate in client meetings, material selections, and site visits to monitor progress, take measurements, and gather data.
- Organize digital project files and documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with a top 5 Architectural schools in Kerala or top 30 in India
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, and Photoshop
- Basic understanding of architectural design principles
- Good communication and team collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced design environment

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
