Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated Engineering Associate to support civil engineering projects through planning assistance, design coordination, site monitoring, and documentation, while ensuring compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist civil engineers in preparing designs, drawings, and technical calculations
- Support project planning, scheduling, and cost estimation
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and quality of work
- Collect, analyze, and document field data and test results
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, surveyors, and technical teams
- Prepare reports, material requests, and project documentation
- Review drawings and specifications for accuracy
- Assist in resolving on-site technical issues
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Basic knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices
- Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar engineering software
- Understanding of construction materials, methods, and safety standards
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work both in the office and on construction sites
- Team-oriented with willingness to learn
