As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. You will engage in understanding the requirements, translating them into functional software solutions, and ensuring that the applications effectively support organizational goals. Collaboration with various stakeholders to refine application features and continuous improvement of the software environment are integral parts of your daily activities.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
- Maintain and enhance existing applications to improve performance and user experience.
- Document technical specifications and application configurations to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding project requirements and technical challenges.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- Strong knowledge of component-based architecture and event-driven programming within the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce applications with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Ability to write clean, scalable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Familiarity with debugging tools and techniques to troubleshoot and resolve application issues.
- Understanding of Salesforce data model, security, and sharing rules to ensure compliant application design.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Lightning Web Components.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
