Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, performance management, employee relations, HR policy development, and fostering a productive and engaging work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and retention of human capital.
- Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization.
- Nurture a positive working environment and strong company culture.
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
Requirements:
- Proven working experience as HR Executive/ HR Manager.
- People-oriented and results-driven.
- Demonstrable experience with HR metrics and HRMS systems.
- Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Degree in Human Resources or related field (MBA in HR preferred).
