We are looking for a professional, presentable, and customer-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to manage the reception area and ensure smooth front office operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle visitors, calls, and administrative tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and transfer incoming calls to the concerned departments.
- Maintain visitor records and ensure proper visitor management.
- Handle incoming and outgoing couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments.
- Receive and distribute emails, documents, and office communications.
- Maintain the reception area in a clean, organized, and presentable condition.
- Assist the HR and Administration department with day-to-day activities.
- Maintain records, files, and office documents.
- Coordinate with different departments for smooth office operations.
- Monitor office supplies and place requisitions when required.
- Handle basic customer and employee inquiries professionally.
- Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the Management.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
