Role Overview
We are looking for Academic Counsellors with at least 1 year of experience in education counselling, admissions, or inside sales to join our growing team.
The role involves counselling prospective students and working professionals for online UG and PG programmes offered through reputed university partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and working professionals on suitable online UG/PG programmes based on their academic and career goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and leads generated through various channels.
- Explain programme details, eligibility, fees, admission process, and university offerings.
- Build rapport with prospective learners and address their queries effectively.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and convert qualified leads into admissions.
- Achieve monthly sales and admission targets.
- Update lead and follow-up details accurately in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience is mandatory in education counselling, admissions, inside sales, or B2C sales.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable with calling, follow-ups, sales targets, and lead conversion.
- Good convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within a short notice period are preferred.
- Graduation in any discipline.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
