· Create preferred vendor list post following the Purchase procedures
· Prepare Budgets
· Create a vendor list, Pricelist for the various required material & Services
· Timely preparing Purchase & Service Orders
· Candidate should have Good knowledge of Civil, MEP, finishing, interior works materials brands, imported material brands, specifications, etc.
· Good command on calculations including wastage of material as per specifications.
· Good data bank of various quality suppliers and installers. Responsible for quality, specifications and coordination with suppliers and site team till material reaches on site.
· Should follow the dispatch schedule.
· Candidate should have done contracts on imported materials and should have good knowledge of CIF details.
· Shall maintain daily reports of works output and follow up with various vendors and shall be produced as when required by Management.
· Shall be fully loyal & should maintain the integrity towards the company and also adhere to all the company policies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
