Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Manager to lead the sales team, drive revenue growth, and oversee strategic sales operations in the real estate sector. The candidate will be responsible for team management, target achievement, customer relationship development, and overall sales performance enhancement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve company sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and business growth plans.
- Monitor daily sales activities, lead conversions, and team performance.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Handle high-value clients, investor meetings, and major negotiations.
- Ensure proper follow-up and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.
- Coordinate with marketing, CRM, finance, and management departments for smooth operations.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to improve sales performance.
- Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and pipeline analysis for management review.
- Ensure discipline, professionalism, and productivity within the sales team.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentoring of new sales staff.
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners, brokers, and investors.
