Key Responsibilities
Nail Services
- Manicure, pedicure, gel polish, nail extensions & nail art
- Maintain hygiene and sterilization standards
- Suggest suitable nail care treatments
Beauty Services
- Facials, cleanup, waxing, threading, basic skin care
- Client consultation before services
- Ensure comfort and service quality
Client Handling
- Provide personalized recommendations
- Build repeat clientele
- Upsell services and products
Salon Operations
- Maintain workstation cleanliness
- Follow SOPs and service standards
- Manage time and appointments efficiently
Requirements
- 2–5 years experience in nail & beauty services
- Certification preferred
- Good communication & grooming
- Strong skills in nail extensions and beauty services
