Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team and promote and sell our range of robotic vacuum cleaners and smart cleaning solutions.
The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a sales-oriented mindset, and the ability to understand customer requirements and recommend the right robotic cleaning solution.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new sales leads through calls, online enquiries, field visits, and customer references.
- Explain robotic vacuum cleaner features, benefits, specifications, and pricing to customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and help customers understand how robotic vacuum cleaners work.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and provide suitable product recommendations.
- Coordinate with the service and operations team for installation and after-sales support.
- Maintain daily sales reports, customer information, and follow-up records.
- Identify new sales opportunities and expand the customer base.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of sales experience preferred; freshers with strong communication and sales interest can also apply.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-focused and confident personality.
- Strong negotiation and convincing skills.
- Willingness to travel for customer meetings and product demonstrations.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Experience in home appliances, electronics, cleaning equipment, or similar products will be an advantage.
