Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Contact leads generated through Sulekha, Placement India, Website, Social Media, and other sources.
- Understand client requirements and explain immigration services.
- Schedule appointments for counselors and immigration consultants.
- Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
- Update lead status and call remarks in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve daily calling and appointment booking targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and counseling team for lead handover.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Lead Generation, or Customer Service.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to handle objections and build client interest.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.
- Experience in Immigration, Education, Insurance, Banking, Real Estate, or Service Industry will be preferred.

Note: Prior experience in Immigration, Visa, PR, Study Visa, or Overseas Consulting will be an added advantage.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
