Job Title: Telesales Executive
Job Summary:
The Telesales Executive is responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone to promote products or services, generate sales, build customer relationships, and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain products and services clearly.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Close sales and achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Maintain accurate customer records in CRM or databases.
- Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and customer support.

Qualifications:
- 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service.
- Freshers with strong communication skills may also apply.
Salary:
- Depends on company and location.
- Typically includes a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
