Maintain raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory
- Record and update inward and outward entries in store registers / ERP
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and identification of materials
- Conduct regular stock verification and report shortages or excess
Inward Material Handling
- Receive raw materials, components, and consumables
- Verify quantity and quality as per purchase order
- Coordinate with Quality / Production for material approval
- Maintain inward documentation (GRN, challans, invoices)
Outward & Dispatch Activities
- Prepare materials for dispatch to customers
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation
- Coordinate with transporters and logistics providers
- Maintain dispatch records and delivery challans
Job Work Coordination (Outward & Inward)
- Prepare job work challans and track material movement
- Follow up with vendors for timely return of materials
- Verify received materials against job work challans
Coordination & Support
- Coordinate with Production, Purchase, and Quality teams
- Ensure material availability as per production planning
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe store area
- Follow company safety and material handling procedures as per ISO
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
