Role Overview We are looking for an energetic and persuasive Client Relationship Officer to serve as the face of our media collective. You will be on the ground daily, connecting with local businesses, entrepreneurs, and event organizers across the Kozhikode region. Your goal is to foster strong relationships, manage client accounts, and provide high-quality service while driving growth for our advertising and digital marketing platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Actively visit local businesses and prospective clients to pitch our advertising solutions and media services.
- Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for existing clients, ensuring their service needs are met and their campaigns are delivering value.
- Field Operations: Conduct daily field visits to follow up on leads, collect feedback, and ensure consistent client engagement.
- Account Support: Assist in onboarding new clients, managing contract renewals, and handling day-to-day service inquiries with professionalism.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and provide regular updates to the management team regarding sales targets and market feedback.
What We’re Looking For
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th pass.
- Experience: 0–2 years in direct sales, field marketing, or customer service. (Freshers with a passion for sales and communication are highly encouraged to apply.)
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal communication skills in Malayalam and basic English. Ability to build rapport quickly with diverse business owners.
- Mobility: Must be comfortable with extensive field work across the Kozhikode district. A valid two-wheeler and four wheeler license mandatory.
- Personality: Proactive, self-motivated, and target-oriented. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where relationship building is key to success.
- Local Knowledge: A strong understanding of the local Kozhikode business landscape and community institutions is an advantage.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
