Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Analyst to join our team for the US shift. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, excellent knowledge of MS Excel and data management, and good communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for preparing reports, analyzing data, maintaining MIS dashboards, and providing accurate insights to support business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Collect, validate, organize, and maintain data from multiple sources.
- Create and maintain Excel-based reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Analyze data and identify trends, discrepancies, and performance gaps.
- Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of reports.
- Handle large datasets and perform data reconciliation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect and verify required information.
- Provide data-driven insights to management and relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting processes.
- Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in MIS, reporting, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, conditional formatting, charts, and data analysis.
- Good understanding of data management, reporting, and analysis.
- Experience working with large datasets and preparing management reports.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to work in the US night shift (7:30 PM – 3:30 AM).
What We Offer
