Job Summary
We are seeking a proactive Assistant E-Commerce Manager to support and grow our online business across leading marketplaces and D2C platforms. The role involves managing day-to-day e-commerce operations, supporting sales growth initiatives, and executing online campaigns for consumer durable/appliance categories.
Key Responsibilities
- Support management of e-commerce business on Amazon, Flipkart, and D2C brand websites
- Assist in executing online sales campaigns, promotions, and festive events
- Help optimize product listings including titles, descriptions, keywords, images, and content
- Monitor daily sales performance, pricing, and inventory levels
- Support implementation of pricing and promotional strategies
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, supply chain, finance) for smooth operations
- Track marketplace metrics and prepare regular performance reports
- Assist in managing marketplace relationships and resolving operational issues
Qualifications & Experience
- Any Bachelor’s Degree
- 3–5 years of experience in managing or supporting e-commerce business
- Prior exposure to consumer durables or appliance categories preferred
- Experience working with Amazon, Flipkart, or D2C platforms
- Good understanding of e-commerce platforms and dashboards
- Attention to detail and execution-focused mindset
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
