We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Architect with a strong foundation in architectural design and a keen eye for interiors. In this role, you will work closely with senior architects and designers to develop architectural plans, build 3D models, create stunning visualisations, and ensure projects are thoroughly organised. The ideal candidate is a proactive team player with excellent communication skills and technical proficiency in our core software stack.
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting & Modelling: Develop detailed 2D architectural and interior floor plans, elevations, and sections using AutoCAD.
- 3D Visualization: Create accurate and highly detailed 3D models using SketchUp and produce high-quality, realistic project renders using Enscape/ D5/ Lumion or any rendering software.
- Interior Design Support: Assist in interior space planning, material selection, furniture layouts, and detailing for various architectural projects.
- Project Documentation: Utilize Microsoft Excel to create and manage Bill of Quantities (BOQs), material schedules, project timelines, and budget tracking.
- Team Coordination: Actively collaborate with senior architects, interior designers, and external consultants to ensure design goals and project deadlines are met.
- Communication: Clearly articulate design ideas and project updates to internal teams and assist in preparing presentations for client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Only B.Arch / B.Des(Interior Design) graduates
- Technical Proficiency: Proven, hands-on experience with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Enscape/ D5 Render/ Lumion
- Data Management: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for organizing project data and schedules.
- Design Knowledge: Solid understanding of interior design principles, spatial arrangements, and finishing materials.
- Soft Skills: * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional team coordination and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Experience: 1-5 years of professional experience in an architectural or interior design setting (Freshers can also apply)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
