Job Summary:
Sharadh Udhyog Company is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Officer with experience in the FMCG sector. The candidate will be responsible for driving sales and expanding market reach for products such as Rava, Makka Atta, and Besan across Indore and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and expand distributor and retailer network in assigned territory
- Drive primary and secondary sales in the market
- Promote and sell products including Rava, Makka Atta, and Besan
- Ensure product availability and visibility in retail outlets
- Maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retailers
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Ensure timely collection and reporting
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales
- Experience in selling food grains or similar products is preferred
- Strong market knowledge of Indore and nearby areas
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
