Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Infrastructure & Network Engineer to manage and support our organization's IT infrastructure, network operations, security systems, and end-user support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in network administration, server management, desktop support, and IT operations while ensuring high system availability and security.
Key Responsibilities Network Infrastructure Management
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor network performance and ensure maximum uptime.
- Implement network security policies and best practices.
Server Administration & Maintenance
- Install, configure, and maintain Windows/Linux servers.
- Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policies, and file servers.
- Perform regular server health checks, backups, and updates.
Enterprise Wi-Fi Management
- Configure and manage enterprise wireless networks.
- Troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues.
- Ensure secure wireless access across the organization.
CCTV & Surveillance Systems
- Manage CCTV infrastructure, NVR/DVR systems, and surveillance networks.
- Monitor system performance and coordinate maintenance activities.
Desktop Support
- Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and configure operating systems, software applications, and security tools.
- Resolve hardware and software issues within defined SLAs.
IT Security & System Monitoring
- Monitor IT systems, network security, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Manage antivirus, firewall, and access control systems.
- Assist in implementing security policies and compliance requirements.
Incident Management
- Diagnose and resolve infrastructure and network-related incidents.
- Maintain incident logs and perform root cause analysis.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for issue resolution.
IT Operations & Service Delivery
- Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Support IT projects, upgrades, and infrastructure enhancements.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of Networking (TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, VPN, VLAN).
- Experience with Routers, Switches, Firewalls, and Wireless Networks.
- Hands-on experience in Windows Server Administration and Active Directory.
- Knowledge of DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Backup Solutions.
- Experience in Desktop Support and Hardware Troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with CCTV and Surveillance Systems.
- Understanding of IT Security principles and monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication and coordination abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Certifications such as CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, Network+, or equivalent will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
