Eligibility & Qualifications:-
Any Graduate or Undergraduate
Minimum 6 months of BPO voice experience
Strong verbal communication skills
Prior experience in US Voice process preferred
Versant Score: B2 / C1
Key Responsibilities:-
Handle inbound customer calls for the US market
Resolve customer queries effectively and professionally
Maintain service quality, compliance, and productivity standards
Accurately document customer interactions
Adhere to shift schedules and operational guidelines
Compensation:-
CTC up to ₹35 K (based on interview)
Work Schedule:-
5.5 days working
Rotational shifts and rotational weekly offs
Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
