Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Lead Conversion
- Contact interested car washing partner leads through outbound calls.
- Explain company services, job responsibilities, and growth opportunities.
- Convince and convert qualified leads into active joining partners.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with potential candidates until onboarding is completed.
- Maintain a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Onboarding & Training Coordination
- Explain onboarding procedures and required documentation.
- Guide candidates through the joining process.
- Provide complete information regarding:
- Work procedures
- Operational protocols
- Daily work expectations
- Training schedules and requirements
- Attendance policies
- Performance expectations
- Payment and incentive structures
- Coordinate training sessions and onboarding activities.
Candidate Support
- Resolve candidate questions and concerns.
- Build trust and maintain engagement with prospective partners.
- Ensure candidates understand company policies and operational guidelines.
Reporting & Documentation
- Update lead status and recruitment records accurately.
- Maintain daily call and follow-up reports.
- Share recruitment and onboarding updates with management.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport over phone calls.
- Good follow-up and organizational skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools).
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
- Professional and positive attitude.
Language Requirements Mandatory
- English (Speaking and Communication)
Preferred
Candidates fluent in any of the following languages are highly encouraged to apply:
Multilingual candidates will be given preference.
Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may apply.
- Experience in recruitment, telesales, customer support, HR operations, or onboarding will be an added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
