Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and motivated Interior Designer Intern to support the design team in developing and executing interior design projects. This role offers hands-on exposure to live projects and an opportunity to learn industry practices under experienced professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating interior design concepts, layouts, and presentations
- Support space planning, furniture layouts, and material selection
- Prepare mood boards, drawings, and basic 3D visuals
- Help with design documentation and client presentation materials
- Conduct material and vendor research
- Assist senior designers during site visits and project coordination
- Maintain project files and design references
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Interior Design or a related field
- Basic understanding of interior design principles and materials
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design software
- Good visual sense and attention to detail
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and take feedback
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of rendering tools such as V-Ray, Lumion, or Enscape
- Familiarity with Photoshop or Illustrator
