- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.

- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within project goals.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project objectives and deliverables with organizational strategies.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
- Strong knowledge of data integration concepts and best practices.
- Experience in designing and implementing ETL processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with database technologies and data warehousing solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data integration jobs for performance and reliability.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
