Job Description:
We are hiring enthusiastic and dynamic freshers for the role of Customer Support Executive for an inbound process. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries and providing excellent service support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer calls in a professional manner
- Resolve customer queries and provide accurate information
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Document and update customer interactions in the system
- Follow communication scripts and company guidelines

- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Willingness to work in night shifts
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
