Job Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase conversions for real estate projects.
2. Plan, execute, and manage online marketing campaigns /AI marketing tools across various digital platforms, including social media, search engines, email marketing, display advertising, and content marketing.
3. Oversee and optimize the performance of SEO, SEM, PPC, and social media advertising to maximize reach, engagement, and ROI.
4. Collaborate with the creative team to design and produce compelling digital marketing assets such as banners, videos, social media posts, email templates,Reels and website content.
5. Analyze digital marketing trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and effective positioning in the market.
6. Monitor, track, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns using analytics tools, providing actionable insights to improve campaign effectiveness and achieve business objectives.
7. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between digital marketing efforts and sales objectives, facilitating effective lead generation and conversion.
8. Stay updated with the latest industry trends, emerging digital marketing technologies, and best practices to leverage innovative marketing approaches and tools.
9. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners to ensure seamless execution of digital marketing campaigns.
10. Lead, mentor, and guide a team of digital marketing professionals, providing support, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
11. Create and publish engaging and trendsetting video content for brand promotion on various digital platforms.
12. Ensure timely completion of any additional responsibilities assigned by management or the organization.
Educational Qualification:
- BBA (Marketing) / MBA (Marketing)
Knowledge:
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant working experience in digital marketing and construction field .
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and platforms.
- Target-oriented with a focus on achieving business objectives.
- People management and leadership skills.
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting market trends and campaign performance.
Experience:
- Digital Marketing: 5-7 years (Preferred)
- Lead generation: 1-3 years (Preferred)
- Real estate marketing experience is mandatory
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
