- To ensure 100% right valuation - capturing right cartage, purity check, proper stone deduction, avoid/ prevent spurious/unacceptable ornaments.
- To provide high quality customer service, prompt resolution of queries.
- Adhering to high ethical standards and complying with all the laid down processes / policies & KYC adherence. Verify customers KYC & complete online registration.
- Good knowledge of gold purity, valuation, weight calculation, and stone deduction.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good customer-handling and communication skills.
- Honest, responsible, and trustworthy with high ethical standards.
- Ability to follow company procedures and KYC requirements.
- Previous experience as a Gold Appraiser / Jewellery Appraiser will be preferred.
- Candidates with relevant jewellery industry experience
Pay: ₹260,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
