We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee our IT infrastructure, Windows Server environment, Active Directory management, and N41 Fashion ERP user administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of managing day-to-day IT operations, ensuring system security, and providing technical support to users across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain Windows Server environments and network infrastructure.
- Configure, administer, and troubleshoot Active Directory, including user accounts, permissions, group policies, DNS, and DHCP.
- Handle employee onboarding and offboarding through Active Directory and ERP systems.
- Configure and manage user roles, permissions, and access controls within N41 Fashion ERP.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for N41 ERP users and related applications.
- Monitor system performance, backups, and security protocols.
- Maintain IT hardware, software, printers, and network devices.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related requirements.
- Ensure data security, compliance, and business continuity processes are followed.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and asset inventories.
Required Skills
3–4 years of experience in IT Administration or IT Management.
Strong hands-on experience with Windows Server Administration.
Expertise in Active Directory Setup, Configuration, and User Management.
Experience managing DNS, DHCP, Group Policies (GPOs), and Domain Controllers.
Experience with N41 Fashion ERP User Configuration and Support.
Knowledge of network troubleshooting and IT security best practices.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in retail, fashion, apparel, or e-commerce industries is preferred.
- Microsoft, Cisco, or related IT certifications are a plus.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
