Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and specifications
- Develop BOQs and cost estimates for projects
- Prepare and verify contractor and client bills (RA bills / final bills)
- Track project costs and monitor budget vs actuals
- Assist in tendering, rate analysis, and cost comparison
- Evaluate variations, extra items, and claims
- Coordinate with site engineers for measurements and progress
- Maintain proper records of quantities, rates, and invoices
- Support procurement by checking quantities and specifications
- Ensure cost efficiency and minimize wastage
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil construction
- Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering (ITI candidates with strong experience can also apply)
- Good knowledge of quantity take-off and BOQ preparation
- Experience in billing (client & subcontractor)
- Familiarity with DSR, rate analysis and construction materials
- Basic knowledge of contracts and tendering process
- Proficiency in MS Excel (mandatory), AutoCAD (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and coordination skills

Pay: ₹520,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
