Work Type: Full-Time, Office-Based Working Days: Monday – Friday.
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM Key Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Training Review candidate CVs and shortlist applicants Conduct interviews and assess candidate fit
Onboard and train new hires Leadership & Team Development Mentor and guide team members to maximize performance
Set goals, track progress, and provide ongoing feedback Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture Professional Standards & Grooming
Coach team members on workplace ethics and professional conduct Support development of communication and presentation skills
Uphold organizational standards of professionalism Candidate Requirements Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BBA preferred) Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates welcome Age: 21 – 35 years Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills; leadership aptitude; ability to manage and motivate a team
